Hi! I’m Leila, and I’ve been tattooing in metro Detroit for over 20 years. My current home is Dark Sky Tattoo in Ferndale which is an appointment only, private studio. Art has been a passion of mine since I was young, and I was lucky to grow up in a household that nurtured my creativity. Tattooing felt like a natural path when it came into my life.

When I began tattooing in 2003, most shops focused on flash designs. That foundation gave me a strong background in many styles, but if you’ve seen my portfolio, you know my heart belongs to color! My style leans more illustrative, but I enjoy working in a variety of approaches. Whether you’re looking for a fully custom piece or a rendition of your favorite pet photo, I’m your gal.
